Conception Connection was created to offer a space for the donor-conceived to receive all the support and guidance they need to feel confident about their identity, as well as build and maintain healthy relationships in their life. Conception Connection, along with our associated team of experts, is here to support this group in their journey of navigating the unique challenges that come with this history. 

Below, we detail the terms of service as they relate to the services currently offered at Conception Connection. These terms will be revised as we add more services to our platform in the future. “Us”, “We”, and “Our team” in this document and in the rest of this website refer to Conception Connection.

The Services are for your personal use. Your use of our website denotes your agreement to abide by our Terms of Service, and all incorporated Terms of Service documents associated with third party websites listed on our site. However, we are not responsible for anyone not adhering to the Terms of Service or Privacy Policies related to third party sites.

In connection to our Terms of Privacy, you shall abide by all federal, state, and local laws. This includes those laws pertaining to slander, harassment, invasion of privacy, indecency, and copyright and trademark law. Copyright laws apply to any intellectual services or products provided by Conception Connection that are trademarked or copyrighted.

We process information about you in compliance with our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you guarantee that you consent to this processing and that all information provided by you is accurate. We have the right to terminate any memberships or accounts that contain false or harmful data.

Chatting Rooms and Groups

Any material or text that you upload or send through our team platforms must adhere to all applicable law. We hold the right to remove any material on these platforms that does not adhere to our standards. All material posted on these platforms is considered non-confidential. Thus, you should not provide any personal information in Conception Connection group settings.

Payment and Processing

When you sign up for a service through Conception Connection, you agree to pay the total amount, including necessary tax, or any other fees requested by us. Payment information will be collected as stated in our Privacy Policy. This information will not be shared however if fraudulent activity occurs from an outside source, Conception Connection is not responsible for this. 

Modifications of these Terms of Use

Conception Connection reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time. You will be provided with a notice of modifications at least 30 days before the date that the updated services become effective. If you do not agree with the terms of service, you can cancel your account/membership by emailing us at info@conceptionconnection.co . If you do not cancel your account/membership before the date it becomes effective, you have indicated that you accept the modified policy.
